Phase 1 - Strategize

In this initial phase, we’ll work together to get clear on all your marketing tactics and the objectives that you have set out for each. This information will inform what key actions will need to be tracked in order for you to have the necessary data to make decisions.

Phase 2 - Data Tracking

In this phase, I ensure that all the key actions we identified in phase 1 are being tracked correctly and completely. At this time, I’ll also ensure that your Google Analytics account has been optimized and set up properly to capture the information needed.

Phase 3 - Dashboard Creation

With the knowledge of what data is important for the business and the confidence that the data is properly being captured, I will create a comprehensive Dashboard using Google Data Studio that will give you visibility into all your key metrics.

Phase 4 - Knowledge Transfer
