Phase 1 - Analytics Audit

The first phase will be all about understanding your current Google Analytics implementation, along with your business tracking objectives to ensure that they can be captured in GA4.

Phase 2 - GA4 Set Up

In this phase, I ensure that all the key actions we identified in phase 1 are being tracked correctly and completely. At this time, I’ll also ensure that your GA4 account has been optimized and set up properly.

Phase 3 - Dashboard Creation/Updating

Updating existing business dashboards to pick up data from the new GA4 account and understanding any differences in numbers due to the difference platform or the creation of new dashboards using GA4 data.
